Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original box or packaging

  • We do not accept used or opened products under any circumstance

  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be shipped to the address we will provide once your request is approved.
Please note: customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

To process your claim, we will require clear photos of the item and packaging. This helps us handle your issue quickly and fairly.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds by default. However, we are happy to offer exchanges or replacements for other items of your choice (based on availability).

In rare cases of serious product issues or exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered within 20 days of receiving the item, and only upon review.
